We all know who calls the shots around here and that's the namesake herself, Addi. Addi is the daughter and goddaughter to the owners Lisa and Aadam. She also rocks an extra chromosome. Over the past 5 years, Addi has taught everyone about resiliency, enjoying the simple things in life, and self determination. Addi's Lawn Care was created by our extensive experience in lawn care and our drive of wanting to create a space, that as we grow can provide opportunities for individuals of all abilities to learn the skills of lawn maintenance.

Meet Lisa
Lisa had her first landscaping job when she was 20 years old. She was the water girl and went around watering new trees that were planted. From there she learned how to plant trees, build retaining walls, and moved on to mowing. After a couple years in the corporate world, Lisa was placed in front of a huge window where she enjoyed watching people work outside. That's when she decided she wanted to go back to the work she loved doing. For the next 8 years she treated lawns and loved it! Lisa learned how to identify different kinds of grasses, weeds, and lawn diseases and was known as the "Turf Guru." She has continued with recertification classes and has her 3OT chemical license as well as her 7A perimeter pest license. There was always something new to learn. For the next 6 years she did sales, applications, and service calls. In the winter, she would help with holiday lights and snow removal. Lisa loves interacting with customers and enjoys getting to know them. Her biggest joy is to see the job from the beginning to end and the changes that have been made.
Meet Aadam
Aadam started in the mowing industry when he was 18 years old. His first task was mowing a big city cemetery in Des Moines. The following year he started mowing commercial businesses and then moved into residential properties where his craft excelled. Aadam is known as the "guy who got it done fast and got it done right." Aadam also started with holiday lighting and design which was a skill that soon became his favorite - hanging lights in places most wouldn't dare. From small single-story houses to complete commercial buildings and business parks, Aadam's visions became works of art. Aadam has a lot of experience in residential and commercial lawn applications and "turf management" and while managed many of these areas he has always wanted to be out in the field rather than sitting in meetings.
